Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 5th February 2025
1. Booking and Payment
- All coworking space bookings must be paid in advance to confirm the reservation.
- Payment can be made via UPI, IMPS, NEFT, or any supported digital payment method.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking with the following conditions:
- Cancellations made **7 days or more in advance** will receive a **100% refund**.
- Cancellations made **within 3–6 days** before the booking date will receive a **50% refund**.
- Cancellations made **less than 3 days in advance** are **non-refundable**.
3. Refund Process
Once your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within **7 business days** via the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- No refund will be issued for partially used bookings.
- No refund for violations of terms of service or disruptive conduct at our premises.
